Michelle brings her 20+ year record of delivering innovative performance improvement solutions for clients in the federal government and private sectors into the Civil Solutions stable of exceptional talent.
In over 18 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, she worked with a wide range of clients including the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Veterans Administration (VA), Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), National Security Agency (NSA), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), United States European Command CI/HUMINT Division and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
Michelle excels at working with subject matter experts to analyze problems and situations and develop bespoke, results-oriented solutions. Grounded in instructional design principles and design thinking methods, Michelle:
- Developed orientation and acculturation programs
- Designed process improvement projects for mission critical programs
- Improved the quality of instructional materials for an organization while reducing the amount spent on subject matter expert resources
- Created a charter for a virtual DoD-wide community of practice
- Streamlined program resources for an Equal Opportunity office
- Developed a career service plan for a group of technical professionals
Michelle holds a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Kent State University as well as certifications in program evaluation and design thinking.
Michelle and her husband Wayne share their home with two cats adopted from CASPCA. They love everything the Charlottesville area has to offer and participate in the community as housing hosts for the Charlottesville Tom Sox, Victory Hall Opera and Charlottesville Opera.
